High Returns on Farm Land

We developed an unique formula for developing farm land. We are looking for rural lands. We create infrastructure. We develop the lands with agriculture. The average annual return is 8% for our investors. However, the real return lies on the longer run in the appreciation of the land, the created added value and the conversion into residential/urban area.
